These terms apply when you use catchacoffee.co.uk. By using the site you agree to them. If you have a question, email hello@catchacoffee.co.uk.

Café and event information

Listings come from Google Maps, event sites, café owners and our members. We work to keep them right, but opening hours, prices, facilities and events change. Check with the café or organiser before you travel. Ratings and reviews are members' opinions, not ours.

Your account

• You need to be 16 or over to create an account, and 18 or over to use Open to chat.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't pretend to be someone else.

What you post

• You keep ownership of your reviews and photos. You give us permission to show them on Catch a coffee! and in things that promote it, and you can delete them at any time.
• Only post photos you took or have permission to use, and don't post photos where people can be identified without their agreement.
• Reviews must be honest and based on a real visit. No reviewing your own café or a competitor's, and no paid or swapped reviews.

Behaving well

No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, selling, or anything illegal. Read Staying safe for the Open to chat rules. We can remove content or accounts that break these terms.

Café owners

If you claim a listing, you confirm you're allowed to act for that business. Keep its details accurate. We can remove a claim if we can't verify it or it's misused.

Our responsibility

We provide the site as it is and can change or pause features. We aren't responsible for cafés, events or other members, or for losses from relying on listing details, except where the law says we can't exclude it (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
